Photoshoot Policies

• Booking in Advance:

  • Sessions must be booked at least 7 days in advance.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

• Session Duration:

  • Sessions are booked by the hour. Additional time can be purchased in half-hour increments if needed, subject to availability.

• Occupancy Limits:

  • Each session allows up to 6 people in the space. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

• Socks or Barefoot Policy:

  • All guests (adults and children) must wear socks or go barefoot to maintain cleanliness.

  • Anti-slip socks are available for purchase on-site if needed.

• No Food or Drinks:

  • Food and drinks are not allowed in the play areas during photoshoot sessions.

  • Water bottles are permitted but must remain in designated areas.

• Decor & Props:

  • While we provide beautiful, themed rooms, you may bring your own small props with prior approval.

  • No glitter, confetti, or messy decorations are allowed.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling Fee: A $50 fee applies to change your session date, provided we receive notice at least 48 hours prior to the original booking.

• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable, but you may rebook for a new date if notice is given.

• Weather-Related Closures: If we are forced to close due to inclement weather, your deposit will be transferred to a new available date.
